Term Of Services

Please make sure you understand and read all the term of services before ordering the commission.

General

* The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copies or shipped will be provided.* The clients are given the rights for personal use of the work produced based of the agreement, which must not be transferred to any other parties (communication matters).* Every uses must be communicated with the artist, commercial use especially includes streams needs, broadcasts, merch or other any monetized work.* The artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, the artist can use, display, and reproduce the artwork for commercial and promotion purposes, but not limited to merchandise, prints. Unless stated otherwise.* The artist reserved the right to cancel the order at any time without any detailed reason.* The artist retains original copyright and ownership of the work given, the clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else’s. The clients MUST credit the artist on social media using the username whether with or without commercial licensing.* The clients understands that any work done or made will not be used for Artificial Intelligence, block-chain related including NFTs.* It is prohibited for the clients to trace over, manipulate/edit the artwork which done by the artist.* The clients can request private artwork which withhold the artist from posting publicly, additionally fee may apply. The agreement will be discussed with the artist.* The artist has a right to create a speedpaint video featuring the commissioned artwork. However, the inclusion of the artwork in a speedpaint video is at the discretion of the artist and cant be guaranteed.* The clients must acknowledge that the artist behind the commissioned work has other responsibilities that may interfere with their work, obviously the artist will take their time, by agreeing to this the clients are understand about this.

Process

* The clients first have to fill in the GOOGLE FORMS and fill every option in it, then the artist will contact the client to discuss further.* The clients have to provide a clear visual references & description.* The clients must provide the size of the canvas which will be the commission artwork.* After the artist contact the client already, the payment must be done in order to approve and start the commission.* The artist will keep the clients updated with screenshots of the progress until completion.* The clients shall keep a good communication and free to give a reasonable feedback to the artist.* Revision or changes :
- minor adjustment such as color adjustments or adding small details are free of charge. However the artist will accommodate the request within reasonable LIMITS.
- major adjustment that requires a lot of works such as significant changes, composition, character design, entire outfit, overall pose, additional large accessories may incurs additional charges. The artist will notify the additional costs, and the clients must provide approval before the revisions are made.* After the work is done, the result will be delivered to the client the artwork by email as a high-res PNG.

Completion time

* The expected ranging time is 5 days - 1 months depending on the complexity of the artwork and will be confirmed after the discussion.* Any delay on updates will be communicated and informed to the client promptly.* “Rush order” can be discussed first for availability and requires additional charges, and should be agreed by both parties (average 20-30% of the final price).* The clients have to be patient and polite, the client shouldn’t rush the artist without any specific reason.

Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

* Payment in USD via PayPal.* The payment must be done FULLY upfront first to start the work.* The clients don’t need to pay first if they’re in the waitlist and the commission has not been started yet until the informed commission start date.* The artist will only start the commission after the agreed payment amount has been made.* Theres NO REFUNDS after the illustration has already STARTED unless its initiated by the artist with any reason such as if the clients are harassing and disrespectful or don’t provide the artist the clear necessary details as asked.* if the artwork cant be completed by the discussed time, the client can choose to discuss to refund with the artist based on the amount of work completed.* The refund amount will depend on the amount of work completed, for instance if 70% of the progress done, 30% of the paid amount will be refunded.* The clients can cancel the commission if the payment has not ben made yet or the work have not started yet.

Usage & Credit

* Personal use : this type of usage is not approved for profitable or monetized redistribution, reproduction and selling is prohibited. Personal use includes background or wallpaper, personal print (no selling), profile pictures, etc.* Commercial use : by this use the client can use the artwork for the monetized purposes or profit. Commercial use includes streaming assets (banner, vtuber assets, PNGtuber, Overlay, etc), Merchandise, etc.* There are 2 commercial use types depending on the purposes and a different additional cost may apply.
- 2x Price type : the clients may used the commercial use artwork on any monetized platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, and any other streaming platforms. This type costs 2 times the original commission price.
- 3x Price type : the clients is permitted to sell merchandise featuring the artwork such as prints, etc. This type is also intended for big businesses (high selling products) such as company or commercial purposes with significant sales. This type costs 3 times the original commission price.* For the merch purposes of commercial use, the client can choose to process the payment with one time fee (3x price type) or royalty fee (have to do contract).* The clients can request layered file if needed for animating purposes or rigging, for this the clients must communicate with the artist at the very first and early (so the artist can maintain the work, sometime the layer is so messy from the start until finish). An additional cost may apply.
